This is a post card and I could use this if I went on vacation and wanted to send people back in Kansas a card saying that me and my family were having a good time.

This is a thank you card and I could use it to send to people that might have gotten me a gift and I wanted to show my appreciation, or just sending out to people to say thank you.

This is a business card and I could use this for any kind of business that I wanted to start, if I wanted to start babysitting I could give these to people and it would have my phone number on it and all my important information.

Tell me about your Sweetheart weekend.  Did you attend the game at Southwest?   How about the dance?  If you didn't go to sweetheart, what did you do?  Please attach a picture or 2 from your phone that tells me about your weekend.

This weekend I went to sweetheart with some friends. I thought the dance was okay we didn't stay for long and after we went to a friends house and said hi for a while and then we went back to one of the girls in our group's house for the rest of the night. On Sunday I didn't really do anything in the morning. My sister made me chocolate chip pancakes and my parents bought a new coach for the patio. In the afternoon I went shopping with my friend and she got new shoes and a new shirt and I got a few new necklaces. 

2/10/17 - ET Course Reflection & Personal Report Card

4. Overall, how do you feel you are doing in Emerging Technology class.  Is the class hard? easy? 
5. What have you learned so far this semester that you did not know prior to class?

All of my assignments are turned in. I am receiving all 5's on my blog posts. I received a 5/5 on my current event. I feel like I am doing well in emerging technology. I think it is a pretty easy class as long as you keep up with the work that is given, which is not that much. This semester I learned what social bookmarking was and how people use it. 

Part 2: Now, if you could make your own report card, what imaginary subjects would earn you an "A"?  In what subjects would you not do so well....

2/9/17 Kids these Days

Kids these days are always on their cell phone. I can not find one kid that doesn't have a cell phone in their hand, up to their ear, or in the pocket. Kids also are always inside, they never go outside to appreciate the outdoors and the fresh air. They also listen to weird music, people just talk and play music in the background and they are automatically a famous singer. Kids also don't have a clue how to talk to people, especially adults. I can't have a normal conversation with a kid unless I text them because they don't know how to talk to people in person without hiding behind their cell phone. I've also noticed that kids eat a lot of junk food, they don't try hard to eat healthy, kids are always at fast food restaurants of eating microwaved food.

2/6 Collaborating Remotely Reflection

Reflect on your experience completing this partner project.  Was it hard to work with your partner without talking?  Can you imagine conducting business in this way on a regular basis?  What did you learn from this experience?

I thought this project was very easy to do. Working with my partner was easy to do, with all the kinds of technology that we can use communicating with them was very simple and easy to do. I can see doing this on a regular basis for a job but I think it would start to get boring because you never really come into contact with people you're always behind and screen, which could get very boring. I learned that technology offers many different ways to communicate with people therefore making it very easy.

In this picture I was going on a walk with my dog and it was fun because I didn't put her on a leash and just let her walk wherever she wanted and it was really nice outside.

This picture was from the summer and I was at the pool with my friends and I was just really happy because it was summer and I didn't have to stress about anything.

This is a picture of my sister cheering for her middle school and that was early in the school year so I didn't have a lot of homework and it was still warm outside and it was fun to watch her cheer for the football team.
